I do not dare to think where I would be without the Burdenko Method both personally and professionally. I truly love using this Method to help people get healthy and to help them to perform better.”

Testimonials

I have been consistently working out with Tom Barbeau and the Burdenko Method for over four years. Previously I ran, biked and swam in preparation for triathlons, soccer and skiing. With Burdenko we work on strength, coordination, speed, endurance, balance and flexibility. Within several months my athleticism started to impact all my activities and sports. Several things come to mind regarding the high level of success I have experienced in ski racing - confidence and freedom from injury. From the starting gate to the finish line, the Burdenko training allows me to push my body and all physical limits with incredible results and consistency. If I get in a situation that would have caused me to ski out of a course, I now have the ability to correct without interruption and get back on a great line and a good result. I look forward to continuing my workouts with the Burdenko Method and see no limit in how far I can go.
